Step 1: In order to use the Matrix and Package functions, you must have rated both a Home and Auto policy for one customer.

This can be confirmed by seeing the Home and Auto numbers in the Menu tab (in red) and the Matrix and Package options (in green).

The Package feature will combine quotes from the same carrier.

The Matrix feature will combine the lowest rate by combining various carriers together.
