AMS Sagitta
Setup
Step 1: Contact your AMS Sagitta Technical Representative to add IBQ into the ‘Backside’ of the Agency’s system.
Step 2: Once setup on their end is complete, you can configure the Import/Export Personalization using the following parameters:
Under Export – Product, Enter IBQ. The Export Program should read Browser.Rating.Export.
DATA DIR – C:\IBQ
FILE MASK – AMS.AL3
PROGRAM DIR – C:\IBQ
PROGRAM – IBQRUN.EXE
After these are saved, you can then perform the export.
Export
Step 1: Bring up the Insured’s policy in the Sagitta System. Click on the ‘Maintain’ menu option as shown below.
Step 2: Double click on the most recent renewal.
Step 3: You will then receive a pop up that advises: “This diary is closed! Do you wish to continue?” You should answer Yes.
Step 4: Click on the Export icon. From there, you will choose ‘IBQ’.
Step 5: You will then be asked “Would you like to exit this Sagitta policy?” and taken to the IBQ screen. Click ‘OK’, and then sign in to IBQ.
