How carriers block commercial accounts after an agent clicks Rates in IBQ

Travelers :  Blocks accounts for the first agent to establish the customer’s phone number in our system.  If another agent tries to establish the account with the customer’s phone number they are blocked.

Liberty : Currently blocks the account after the rate is selected. Soon, Liberty will only block an account after all underwriting questions have been answered in eCLIQ.

Hartford :  Does not block for any 3rd party platform we are on.  The agent needs to go into our ICON smalll business submission platform and select reserve market button.
